Express shipping and tracking available if prior arrangement has been made with us, at an extra cost.
I can not offer refunds for lost packages.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are offered for colour swatches, so long as the packaging has not been opened and we have been contacted with 24 hours of your package arriving.
Return postage is at the customers cost.
